We were thrilled to design the downstairs remodel of this 1988 single family home in beautiful Pleasant Hill. Our client wanted to do a “no demo reno”. We did not move walls, windows, or doorways, and to stay on budget, we slightly modified the kitchen layout. By flipping the existing dining room to where the family room was and making use of an unused ‘formal livingroom’, we were able to complete a transformative change! The change created a new style and function, leaving our homeowner thrilled with the end result! Collaboration between our client, the contractor, and Sugar & Spice was essential for a successful project. We were "all hands on" throughout the process and there were no details overlooked. After such a successful downstairs remodel, our client has already booked us to remodel the second story, including the primary suite, home office, guest room, and guest bathroom! We can’t wait to get started!
