Full Service
Our Full-Service Design packages are priced based on the scope of the project. These services are for rooms greater than 500 sq. feet and the sq. footage of the spaces we are designing.
Per Hour Pricing
For room designs less than 200 sq.ft., or for consulting only on a specific project. or design review. Initial consultation either virtually or in person included.
Rendering Only Services/Virtual Service
Rending Only service provides you with a plan for your design. We ask that you send measurements and pictures of the room you want to be designed, any inspiration photos, colors, or ideas you have. This service can be completed in person or virtualy.

Pricing| $7-$15 per SQFT
This price includes unlimited consultations, renderings until approved design concept, shopping options for all items, meetings as needed with contractors and tradespeople. Designer discount on purchases through our trade vendors, and much more. Price varies based upon the square footage of the projects scope.

Pricing| $175 per hour
Perfect for clients that need a little advice. After the initial consultation, For room designs less than 500 sqft or consulting on a specific project. This includes an initial consultation either virtually or in person. From that point forward we charge for all time per hour, including, design time, shopping, client calls, installation, building/contractor meetings, etc. Hourly fee does not include our a’la carte services, which are billed separately.

Pricing| $500 per space
Our Rending Only service provides you with a plan for your design. We ask that you send measurements and pictures of the room you want designed, any inspiration photos, colors, or ideas you have, and we will create two to scale renderings with a few suggested decor items. After you review your design renderings, we will provide one set of modifications based on your input.
